ELTON JOHN'S VCD'S
"VCD" means the same than "CD video". Usually DVD players can read the VCDs. To be sure please refer to your DVDs instruction book.
- During 2003 and 2004 I will transfer all my VHS to VCDs. Each VCD will contain 40 to 50 minutes maximum of recording. This guarantee the best quality (a longer recording time alter the sound and image quality).
Transferring VHS to VCD (or VHS to DVD) does not improve the quality of the original tape (ex: an medium quality tape will generate a medium quality VCD).

(1) = Very good
(2) = Good
(3) = Medium
(4) = Poor
Quality rate is indicated far right of the item description.
The VCDs have a longer life than VHS and are easier to store.
